SALES TAX

Sales tax is required for shipments to the state of California (CA) according to the local area tax rate.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE/REFUND POLICY

Debrace is proud to stand behind our products with a 30 day satisfaction exchange or refund guaranteed on all purchases. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a full refund, less shipping charges. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. These terms apply to all refunds.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

In order to take advantage of our customer satisfaction guarantee, customers must fully comply with the product return procedure outlined below. Failure to do so will result in the loss of our refund/replacement guarantee. All return shipments not in complete compliance with our product return procedure will be rejected.

  • In order for us to process your return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must make your request during the 30 day return period as specified above. To receive a RMA number, please email support@debrace.com with your request. We will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue, and we must receive the return within the 10 day time period before the RMA expires. Once issued, RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Please make sure the RMA number is prominently displayed on the shipping label of the box or boxes containing the returned product.

  • You are solely responsible for shipping returned products to Debrace. In initiating the return process, you agree to use a reputable carrier capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges along with all risk of loss for the returned product during shipment. All returned products must be 100% complete and in perfect re-salable condition, including all original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and any other accessories or documents provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, this is considered a breach of the Debrace Return Procedure and Debrace may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).

  • Shipping charges – original or subsequent – will not be refunded under any circumstances.

We value your privacy and take every measure to protect your security. The Debrace website is protected by and equipped with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software. This means that all personal data you send us is encrypted during the transmission process and can only be read by our authorized customer service agents. This includes your name, addresses, and financial data.

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. We will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone for any reason. In order to process your order, we may need to share your information with a third party only to the extent outlined in our Privacy Policy. All information obtained from our website is used solely to process orders.

PRODUCT LISTINGS

Debrace works diligently to ensure accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links, and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our website. We cannot, however, be responsible for typographical or other errors. In the event that a product on our website is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical, informational, technical, human, or other error, Debrace shall, at its own discretion, have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order affected by the mistake and immediately amend, correct, and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from Debrace are provided as a courtesy to customer looking for additional information, resources, and/or professional opinions. Debrace does not assume responsibility and/or liability for claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.

PRODUCT REVISIONS

Debrace is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. We put forth our best efforts to ensure that all information is accurate, but there are some unfortunate circumstances which could cause the information on our website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations, and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer. Although we strive to keep our information accurate, Debrace will not be held responsible for product revision changes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES DEBRACE.COM'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. DEBRACE.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. DEBRACE.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT DEBRACE.COM HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
